Tenet Reward Scheme
As a major stakeholder in the Tenet Group of companies, we value the relationship we have with you and the contribution you make to our own success.
Over the years there has been much debate about how or whether the members and clients of large IFA groups should be rewarded for the part they play. Some groups ignore the role that these key stakeholders play, whilst others use short term "incentives" to sweeten their customers without sharing the embedded value which they help to create.
We are pleased to report that the shareholders of Tenet Group Limited have approved an enhanced discretionary reward scheme for the members and clients of certain of Tenet Group Limited’s subsidiary companies. This will deliver a return to you directly linked to the value of the Group's equity. The scheme rules allow Tenet to pay the equivalent value of 15,500,000 shares if the business is floated or sold to those who are members and clients of the relevant Tenet Group subsidiary at the time. The scheme is currently worth around 5% of the fully diluted equity.
This is a significant commitment from the Tenet Group's shareholders, who believe that by formally recognising your contribution, we should all benefit:
- The scheme rewards all the members and clients who remain loyal to us: the rewards are enhanced both for those who contribute most to the Tenet Group and for those who have maintained the longest relationships with us.
- Members and clients who opt to commit to a rolling twelve-month contract with us enjoy even greater rewards. And at the same time, no-one is ignored: the smallest contributor and most recent entrant to the Tenet family will also be recognised.
- There is no catch with the Tenet reward scheme: there is no requirement either to pay to join or to agree to prohibitive lock-in arrangements. It is simply a direct benefit of continuing to deal with us, and its concept is straightforward: the more you give to us the more we will give back to you.
