brokers.
Momentum seamlessly guides an adviser through all the stages of fact find, illustrations, applications and electronic submission, ensuring that all the requirements of the statutory regulations are adhered

Dashboard Software
Dashboard Software can be summarised as a business process and customer management and retention system, allowing you to conduct business efficiently in a market
where customer service is key.
The solution is a web based back office system catering for the mortgage broker market and covers the complete client and product cycle from enquiry through to case completion and commission reconciliation
including workflow management and CRM.
With l inks to 3 rd parties such as Trigold, INVU, Goldsmith Williams Solicitors, Webline, MTE/MBL, Focus Technologies, East Kent Wills, Transoft with more links going online all the time, this removes the re-keying of data, so reducing error and time spent filling in forms and paperwork.

Trigold
LIME has selected Trigold's Prospector AAA and Compliance Shield as its exclusive mortgage sourcing and compliance system.
We have specifically customised Prospector AAA to include our branding, panels and fees. The new system is integrated with our back office system Office-Net and many of our lenders and providers are also fully incorporated into the system.
The system also brings a range of regulatory oriented benefits including, automated IDD production, comprehensive Fact Find, intuitive KFI wizard, comprehensive suitability letter and FSA compliance prompts.
Cost to LIME members is £15+VAT for per license (2 users allowed per license) and £10+VAT per month for Compliance Shield.
