Tailored Training & Competence Schemes
The LIME Competence Department provide a framework which will enable Mortgage and Insurance Intermediaries to produce high quality advice through the application of knowledge in line with the T&C Scheme, balanced against the FSA's statutory objectives of consumer protection, market confidence, public awareness and the reduction of financial crime.
LIME takes a risk based approach to T&C which provides a simple unobtrusive assessment of risk so that supervision can be focused, with time and resources being used effectively, thus allowing a supervisory regime appropriate to the needs of the individual.
